Tawhay Wellness reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Services Offered

Tawhay Wellness provides:

  • Live and recorded workshops (in-person and virtual)

  • Physical products (essential oil blends, candles, journals, crystals, and other wellness tools)
  • Podcast content (three weekly series available on Spotify)

Nothing in our courses, workshops, or content should be construed as medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation.


If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or a medical emergency, please contact a qualified healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a medical condition, or taking medications, consult your doctor before using essential oils or making significant lifestyle changes.


Results from our courses and practices vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.


5. Aromatherapy and Product Disclaimers

Essential oils and aromatherapy products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Essential oils are concentrated plant compounds and must be used safely: diluted for skin application, used in appropriate quantities, and kept away from children and pets.
Never ingest essential oils. This is a serious safety risk. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before using essential oils if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medications.


Our Lana Aromatherapié line and other aromatherapy products are sold as wellness and personal care items only. Instructions included with products must be followed carefully.


For all product and service use, follow the safety guidelines and warnings provided. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use and contact a healthcare provider.

6. Course Access and Use

When you enroll in a course, you receive access to recorded content, materials, and any community features for the duration of your enrollment or the period specified at the time of purchase.

Your course access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is prohibited.


Upon course completion or enrollment termination, access may be revoked.


Course content is the intellectual property of Tawhay Wellness and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without permission.


We strive to keep course content current, but we do not guarantee that information will be updated continuously.


Technical issues or site downtime are not grounds for refund unless the unavailability is extended and beyond your control.


7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products and Courses: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the product. After 14 days or if you have accessed the content, no refund is available, as the product has been delivered. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@tawhaywellness.com with proof of purchase.

Physical Products: Products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of return receipt. Defective products may be replaced at no cost.

Workshops: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. If Tawhay Wellness cancels a workshop, participants will receive a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.

Email Subscriptions: Email list subscriptions and lead magnets are free. Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

8. Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.


Prices are subject to change without notice, though we will notify registered users of significant changes.


All sales are final unless explicitly covered by the refund policy above.


Payment is processed through secure third-party processors. We do not store your credit card information directly.
Additional taxes or shipping fees may apply depending on your location and the product.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tawhay Wellness and its owner, Balot Amechachura-Del Rosario, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the website or services
  • The content, accuracy, or completeness of information provided
  • Results or outcomes from courses, workshops, or practices
  • Any errors, omissions, or interruptions in the services
  • Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product in question.

Termination does not affect refund obligations already earned.
